Before the Mind Turns Sensation Into a Story

This episode is a spoken reflection about the pressure in the body, the impulse to explain what was being felt, the habit of trying to make sense of sensation through the mind, and the moment I recognized that the body wasn’t asking for an explanation. It was asking for space.

This is a reflection on attention, the first movement of breath, emotional processing, and the practice of staying close to the body before the mind turns sensation into a story.
