The breath is one of the simplest doorways back into relationship with yourself. It shows you the state you are living from, how life is entering you, where the body is open, where the body is guarded, and where the system may be bracing.
Grounding isn’t separate from spirituality. Grounding is the foundation of spirituality.
In this episode, we explore the body as the instrument of perception, the mind as something shaped by the state of the system, and breath awareness as a practice of listening rather than forcing.
